Challenge is a publication of the Singapore Public Service. Since its inception in 1995, it has evolved from a humble newsletter to a feature-packed online publication.
Challenge approaches the Public Service differently by surprising readers with the diversity and creativity within it. The aim of Challenge is for each story to be meaningful in some way, leaving readers exhilarated, inspired, or amused, and providing food for thought beyond their day-to-day tasks.
